The challenge:

Drive brand awareness and seasonal sales across key account stores

Our solution:

HIGHJAM has been working with since 2017, supporting seasonal sales drive initiatives in-store at Debenhams and John Lewis. HIGHJAM recruits and trains skilled brand ambassadors to engage with consumers and act as personal shopping assistants in their search for the perfect Christmas present, using the portfolio of Smartbox and Red Letter Day experiences. Brand ambassadors also help merchandise the products in-store, further emphasising the brand exposure.
