The Experience

To build awareness of the new Monica Vinader store and to promote their Valentines Love Letters campaign Highjam created a branded pop up hot chocolate cafe to reach both new and existing fans of the Monica Vinader brand.

We designed and produced a mobile pop up that could be rolled out across the entire store network and placed within high footfall environments to maximise reach, brand visibility and drive store footfall. We gave away complimentary hot chocolate to visitors of the pop up and distributed promotional origami hearts to encourage sales. Within the hearts consumers received a 20% discount in store and the chance to win a Monica Vinader diamond bracelet worth £2,000

The Results

The pop up experience team interacted with over 3.000 consumers across the three day event and achieved a redemption rate on the origami hearts of 6% per day in the nearby Monica Vinader store
