Project Description

The challenge:
Raise awareness of Sage Summit UK by driving registrations and showcasing the range of products.

Our solution:
To maximise the reach and impact of the experience we designed and built an interactive stand to tour London mainline stations.
To encourage dwell time at the station and to encourage participation we offered passing commuters complimentary barista made coffees and mobile charging stations.
Once engaged our trained staff showcased Sage products and took onsite registrations for prospects to attend Sage Summit UK.

Key stats:
– 15,000 consumer interactions each day

– 550 direct registrations and 360 delayed registrations

– An overall conversion of 6% each day
