Highjam has worked with Itsu since 2011 and were briefed to create a programme of Brand Experiences to support local store launches, engage with potential Itsu shoppers and bring the brand’s ‘Eat Beautiful’ philosophy to life. For each store, a variety of environments were visited to ensure all target consumer groups were reached, driving maximum store footfall. We also conducted a rigorous casting programme to select the perfect team. Our teams handed out free samples and vouchers in the high footfall areas around the new stores to drive footfall, create excitement and drive customers into the newly launched stores.
On average our activity resulted in a 40% increase in store footfall with 25% of store vouchers being redeemed.
